Not new, but great value

So the towels are a little thin, some furniture a little worn, but aside from that, tough to beat the price for the space/kitchen/facilities you get. The kitchen is generously well equipped (relatively speaking) with all the basics for cooking easy meals. Big fridge and huge living room. Room 2228 was nice and quiet and the balcony is nice to sit out on. We love Laguna in general as Villa market is just a 5 minute scooter ride away, as is the beach. Maybe a bit trouble some for families if you have no transport as not much within immediate walking distance. The beach is 10 minute walk away. Reception was adequate, but not particularly friendly.
