Everything was good but service was really bad!

The hotel isn't real 5 stars for service. We have to ask for wifi password 4times which is actually the staff could tell us since we've checked in. There's no slipper in the room and also have to ask, and again called for this service 3 times which is it should be ready right in our room before we arrived! We ask for the plates and have to wait 1 hour and again called 2times, they said they came once but they drops the plates that's why it took 1hour to get the new plates!!!! When we were at swimming pool and bar, the staff pay more attention at foreigner that asian people. What a great service of 5 stars hotel!!! We've been so many 5 stars hotels and this hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars!!!!

Perfect relaxation getaway
