Modern Spot in Chiang Mai

Pros: Really cool coffee shop, friendly staff, updated/modern finishes, great AC.
Cons: On really loud street (I always use earplugs though so it wasn't a big deal). terribly hard bed (my husband liked it), a bit far from town, there isn't a good place to lounge (a hammock or two would be nice), not the best linens.

Clean hostel, friendly staff.
