The room is great. Looks lovely, bed was comfortable, bathroom nice. But that alone can't justify the price per night in the middle on nowhere.
We arrived in the evening. No welcome drink despite it on our booking. Bell boy also must have turned up late to work as the security staff had to take our bags to our room, 10 minutes later we saw the bell boy arrive at his station in reception.
Staff told us gym opened at 8, but was actually earlier. Breakfast was also apparently only 7-9 but finished at 10.30
Breakfast choice was 1 of 3 sets. Quality was ok, not again for the price (3800+ baht per night) though. I expected better.
Rooms do not have an iron, not can you request one. 'not hotel policy ' but they offered their laundry service.
Overall the rooms were great. Bit everything else at the hotel is a let down. Especially given the insane price and location. Only 3 rooms had visible occupants and one other group was at breakfast.
