ดีเยี่ยม

This is an excellent hotel. On this occasion we did have a problem with the restaurant staff as they close one of the restaurant early before we could order when the manager was away. This said apart from this one occasion the stay was 1st class as it has been in the past. Manager Khun Kmberly was not pleased concerning our issue and tried his best to smooth things over. We have met before and he is an excellent manager having been at Chatrium in Bangkok prior to this post. Food very good with a choice of Thai, Japanese (sushi etc), International and a great little coffee shop but make sure the buffet breakfast is running when you book as when quiet the buffet breakfast is not available which is a shame. They will open a "hotpot" restaurant in the near future. All in all, an excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
