Good, but could be much better

This is a nice hotel spoilt by a lack of basic services which should not happen in a hotel costing $110 per night. The English language skills of the restaurant/bar staff was poor resulting in confusion as to what was available for breakfast. My partner is Thai and even when it was explained in Thai we still didn't understand. The bar at night was empty but we tried it the first evening and found out why. 360 Baht for a glass of red wine and 200 Baht for a small beer!!!! The bar was open until 10PM but at 9.45PM we were presented with the bill without asking for it. Clearly the staff had other plans that evening. The gym was well equipped and clean but why no hand towels? There was water available...... for 25THB per small bottle. I would not use this hotel again unless the price was significantly lower

Good hotel in Buriram
This hotel is quite nice. The room is big, balcony facing the big pond. The staffs are good.

Very nice hotel, serviceminded staff and good food
Very good hotel, good food, kind staff, good spa/massage . Only minus was the loud aircondition.

Great hotel in an area where most hotels are just adequate.
Resort like feel, large rooms and good staff. The breakfast is basic but more than what we would have expected in this side of Thailand.

Best Thai Hotel in 30 Years
Best thai leaded hotel i ever been. The staff is very well educated and very very helpfull. it was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel.
