Should be a solid three stars.

There are a/c, safe deposit bx, water kettle with coffee, refridg, microwave oven, umbrella, over head fan, comfy bed with two pillows and two small one, even a hair dryer!!!
How could Agoda rates as 2 stars???
We stayed there for the most three enjoyable nites and sure will return.
The owner, mother and son were very attentive and sold us the island trip cheaper than other agencies.
They found us a reasonable rental scooter on site too also let us ck out at 4:00 pm on the last day of stayed.
There only eight rooms at this hotel.
The location isn't the best therefore a scooter is the must to get around.

Very good value for money
We stayed at Andawa Lanta House for 3 days and had a very nice stay there. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are good and clean.
