the location is at noppharat area.close to beach where it is a point for everyone if want to go for island hopping.however,u need scooter or tuk tuk if you want to go ao nang centre for lively night or variety of foods.take only 5 minutes.the staff can speak well in bahasa melayu n english.room is very comfortable.new build.washroom also big.overall we enjoy our stay here.thanks you kiss hometel

Clean hotel, good staff but far from main beach & activity

The property is ok. Staff was very nice. I just got some ant in my bed and the AC was not working properly though they fix it later on.

third person on the floor
We booked a room with three beds, and the third friend had booked a new hotel because the third "bed" was a thin mattress on the floor. Very poor service and staff.

New hotel, townhouse style.very clean
It was great..the receptionist is very helpful and willing to help. All are great only location is considered far from beach but it is no trouble if you rent motorcycle
