Good but overrated

Overall, this is a nice enough place to stay but I don’t think it quite deserves it’s exceptionally high rating.
Pros: - great location just a few minute walk to town - nice comfortable bed and big room - friendly staff with family owned vibe - onsite laundry service at decent price
Cons: - bed sheets had various stains on them of unknown origin - water in shower had strong sulphur (rotten egg smell) when running. However, that may be unavoidable in Pai - free ice cream offered was covered in bugs. Would be better to not offer at all as it lowered impression of cleanliness

Stage little place

nice little hotel resort very near to PAI-Center
good facilities, lots of parking spaces, good distance to center (only 300 m over a little bridge), very calm, good swimming pool, restaurant closed in the resort but a lot to find nearby !

Peaceful clean place with great location
Family House Zen was a peaceful sanctuary from the buzz of Pai, but was close enough to the action that my diverse aged family wanted. Friendly and helpful staff and lovely rooms.

great place.
We only stayed for one night but the staff was very friendly and allowed us to stay a few hours longer so we could relax at the pool in the morning. Would recommend
