My partner and I had checked into an awful hotel and quickly checked out! My partner rang Zen House and asked if they could come and collect/ rescue us and they did. The excellent customer service started there and ended when they very kindly dropped us at the bus station when we were leaving. I wish we had spent our whole time in Pai here, the pool is relaxing and the bed was so comfortable. Our room had a little terrace looking over the pool which was a beautiful place to sit and relax at night and a handy place to dry our swimming things. Treat yourself to a few nights at this fab place.
