good hotel in NST

Good hotel in reasonable price but it a bit far from town centre. Staffs are very helpful and nice. The room is spacious and comfy. In-room internet is fast. But there is one thing need to be mentioned is the brakfast which is not various enough and far from "good quality"

Receptionist unable to speak english
Receptionist unable to speak english which very difficult to communicate and request for service. Other than that all were very good.

Very clean and new. Comfortable bed.
It is a new hotel. The swimming pool is very small and most rooms faces the pool. So when you're swimming, everyone is watching you. There's a huge modern shopping mall next to the hotel. You can find... อ่านต่อ

It’s ok for the price
This hotel is ok. But the pillows are too hard and big, the bed is slipping on the floor when u want sit up and lean back to the wall to look tv. They should fix the bed to the floor or put something.... อ่านต่อ

Good Location
Good location. It's near Central Plaza. Cleanliness is ok and good value for money. But not suitable for old people because there is no lift, have to use staircase if you stay at 1st floor.

Nice and Friendly staffs
Nice place just a few minutes walk to shopping mall , staffs are so friendly.
