Overrated

Plus points: There were a couple of very friendly and nice staffs. Breakfast is very good with a wide spread of food choices.
Had high hopes for this resort. Unfortunately there were areas that weren't in it's best condition.
Neg: Upon check in to our villa, the pool was very dirty and messy with lots of tree leafs and brunches all over. No inspection from staff to ensure the villa is in ready condition before guests check in.
Overall quite a nice room, but things like DVD player wasn't functioning at all. The pocket door from the bedroom to the dressing area was jammed, I was trapped inside the dressing/ washroom corner for an HOUR despite my partner tried calling the front desk a few times, to send someone down to fix the pocket door. The mini refrigerator is placed outside the sun deck instead of inside the room makes it inconvenient.
