Great location, clean

This hotels main attraction is the location which is close to Bangla street (3 mins walk), and just directly by the beach. I had two double rooms, with slightly different designs. One was slightly larger with two single beds and another had a queen bed. My room was located across the road. One of the rooms had an unpleasant smell from the bathroom drainage. Breakfast was provided but limited to one set/pax. Even coffee was limited to one cup/person. There was however bread and other pastries which was unlimited. There is WiFi but the signal in some rooms are quite poor.
Overall, the stay here was okay, the main reason to choose this hotel is the location.

Friendly, but not what we expected.

Great Beach Location
