Nice hotel with Bad customer service

Staff in savoey seafood restaurant was very rude!! As their hotel’s room guest, I don’t understand why I can’t pass water and wash my feeds in their toilet !! There is no signboard or notice from their management indicating room guests not allowed to enter the toilets!!
