Very noisy and tiny room

Friendly staff, great location. Our specific room D7 was very noisy, right above a 24-hour massage business that never stopped working or calling out for customers. If I was not as tired, the view from the window made for really entertaining voyeurism.
The room was tiny and located in a rabbit warren across the road from the actual reception / main hotel.
The contrast in value when I moved to another hotel a few blocks away was significant. The new hotel was amazing for exactly the same price.
I would recommend asking specifically where your room is located and check the size before booking.
There are much better options for the same price
