Great hotel overall with friendly staff

Stayed 3Nights at Hillside pool villa. Great value for money and very good views from hillside pool villa.
The goods: - For the price you get fantastic views from hillside pool villa - The staff ferry you by buggies everywhere you go - very good variety for breakfast - nice friendly staff - room is very good size and pool inside the rooms are very clean, also hotel is in a quiet area so it is not noisy - airport is 5 min away by taxi, chaweng beach is 10 min away - TV has all the good channels you can think of
improvement points: - Wifi: not the greatest wifi that requires multiple sign ins during the stay - Aircon: aircon only activates when you have keycard in the slot, and you only have one keycard, so every time you return to hotel your room is 30oC and it takes 10+min to cool the big room. Also when you open the sliding door to the pool the aircon auto shuts off so a bit inconvenient. Our aircon also was dripping water at near end of the stay so was unable to use.

The best stay we had at Koh Samui! It was really expensive but totally worth it!
