Comfy Hotel!
I stayed there in superior room for 7 nights in Dec 2020. The hotel was nice. I like the room. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtain made the room completely dark. I really had a good sleep. Rain shower in the bathroom was also nice.
I didn't book room with breakfast. Only ordered room service. The food was just fine but reasonable price. I used the Pool Bar several times. The two bartenders; Mud and Bank were friendly. Poorly the Bar didn't have happy hour or any promotion. Must have! The Housekeeping lady (Sorry I didn't ask for her name) was very kind and had service mind. I put DND on for the whole stay. I asked for make up room only once. But the Housekeeping lady always ask me to replace towels or give drinking water or collect trash whenever she saw me around.
However, my only concern is Reception. I didn't get the welcome drink voucher but I saw people used it at the Pool bar (It's not a big deal but just .... anyway, the bartender served welcome drink to me when I told them that I didn't get the voucher.. good job!)
The Reception staff seems less care of guests. They look sooo busy all the time. I suggest the hotel provide more and more training for Sequence of Service and Standard of Service.
