Nice Friendly Helpful Staff; Various Maintenance Problems

The day I arrived the air conditioner was not functioning well. I reported it and they said the next day it would be fixed. It wasn't and I complained the next day and finally someone came to fix it. But it was dripping inside and got clothes in my suitcase wet. I reported the dripping the following day and they fixed it. The internet was fair to non-existent and rarely good. One day the TV and internet were both out. I don't like hassles when I am on vacation.
