We had the family cottage which was spacious and had a double bed plus a single bed in a separate room. The kitchenette was basic but fine. The bathroom was big but very old and we had the feeling it was quite dirty the whole time. You couldn't close the door from outside which meant that our 1 year old twins could easily get into the bathroom - not very hygeniec if you consider that the room wasnt cleaned properly.
We had holes and stains in our bed sheets and also in the towels. They were still clean but it nevertheless left an ueasy feeling.
The day before our departure the pipe of the sink in the kitchen came off, which they tried to fix but it didn't work.
The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. But they weren't able to solve the problem with the bathroom door neither the broken sink.
All in all I wouldn't recommend this resort to families with small children especially when they're in the age when they put everything in their mouth. I was glad when we left.
Positives: pool is very nice, beach is only a few minutes walking and one of the best parts of Klong Dao, nearby minimarket, pharmacy, fresh fruits and lots of restaurants.
