Too small room with broken tap.
Duplex Suite - Too expensive compare with facility and very small room as same as staying in the box. Narrow stairs and difficult to step up, so dangerous for old people specially children. The toilet spray had only the hot water ! how can you wash your ass?? On check out date, I was tooking a shower and washing my hairs while the water pump was broken - no water to use. 30 mins after complaining to Front, she knocked my door and asked me to use the restroom next door !!! I used 4 bottles of water to clean my hairs. Apart from that, the rest room was very bad smell even though many fragrants put in it.
So cost my money compared with this terrible facility !! Try another hotel - trust me !!!
