Good value for money but staff needs to be trained

Had a few arguments with the staff because our either rooms were not 100% prepared, then we had 40 minutes to wait for the food. But people are trying, and they are friendly. Just need a bit more training and control.
The location is a bit out of the city town, but if you don't mind to walk, that't fine. Grab is available too.

Loved the ambience and character of the resort.

临行前一个月才订，实在是订不到其他酒店了才看到这家新开的，有免费接送机，住的4天里服务非常热情，酒店午餐价格便宜，非常好吃，我和老婆都感觉很满意。 提下不足的，开始订的是一层的，到了才知道是无窗房，离机场近，还有水泵声，晚上噪音很大，后来加了300rmb一天换到楼上房间，噪音问题基本没了，但是洗澡没有挂喷头的支架，想淋浴只能手持喷头，同时旁边两栋楼还在装修，早餐种类很少，客房是壁挂空调，地理位置较... อ่านต่อ
