very nice hotel, excellent price and location if you have an early flight or arrive late at the airp

I sent an email 2 weeks before arriving to book the free transfert from the airport. They answered my email saying that somebody would be waiting for us with our names on a piece of paper. We arrived at 1 am (and we were tired) and nobody was waiting for us. They completely forgot us. Fortunately I saw the car with the hotel name and went to speak with the driver. And he said I was lucky otherwise I would have to pay A LOT for a taxi and he told me I should have send them an email to book the transfer. But I did and they forgot us ! We had to wait 10 minutes because the car was already full
