Close to airport!!

It's reallly close to airport and takes 3 mins to the hotel, nice! By the way, I kept remind hotel staff to pick me up from airport before my trip like 3 times but they still forget it :( so I have to called them after arrived Phuket. I wish they can improve it in the future. The room is big but kinda dirty, especially the washroom, hopes they notice it.
