Staff was not really helpful

Location is good and really close to airport. Nice room with pool access! However, when I took shower and found the drainage is clogged and water couldn’t go down. It caused water overflow to the bathroom area even bedroom. We have mentioned this issue to FO staff before we go for dinner. After 3,4 hrs we came back, the situation didn’t improve at all.
