cool concept. noise from the bar isn't really a problem especially if you're staying at the farest row from it. MOSQUITOS. in the shower - be quick or be dead. repellent is a must. location on the map is inaccurate - hostel is located right on the street, so keep going 30m after home bar and you're there. for breakfast i recommend going back to the village (sunrise direction), turn right to where the end of walking street is located and use the first "restaurant" at the left where all school students get their food in the morning. for beach access - use the "private" road uphill to mountain resort - it will lead your to an end of a sunrise beach - best spot on the island imo. beach from their associated purithra hotel isn't any special really. i brought my own teabags and it was a wise decision - their common area only had coffee. wi-fi nearly dies if your room is located away from common area
