Disliked · The staff was so rude and not helpf at all. We have been traveling for 6 months and have not once experienced staff that was so unwilling to help and rude. The location is also completely wrong and I’ve seen other reviews saying that aswell so they should CHANGE IT TO THE CORRECT LOCATION!! We weren’t told the wifi password or that they serve coffee in the mornings, found that out while checking out and seeing other guests have it. When we arrived we didn’t have sim cards yet and were on the boat company’s wifi and asked them if they could arrange for us to get picked up as we have a few bags and my boyfriend had his surfboard with him because we traveled to surfing countries. They replied with “its not far, you can walk”. It might not have been far if we had the correct address but we ended up walking around with all our bags to the complete wrong side of the island just to get there and ask around to being told its on the other side of the island.. we walked for 45 min to eventually arrive and when we said the location was wrong, the lady just asked for my passport and gave us a bottle of water. The rooms were very small with no space to put anything and mosquitoes everywhere.. .There is definitely better accommodation for the same price if not cheaper on the island, I unfortunately would not recommend.
The bathrooms were good though and both the rooms and bathroom were clean.
