Great value for money but not more

By the time we booked, this was the second cheapest accommodation on koh Lipe - right after a tent. The complex looks cute and is rather well maintained and the 'rooms' are tiny round houses. They aren't any bigger than the floor space for two mattresses and two backpacks, so you will always be walking over the bed. It gets pretty hot too but there is a fan and mosquito net in front of the windows. Mosquitos are the real problem here. You can't make your way to the bathroom in the afternoon without any stitches. The staff provides mosquito coils but as the bathroom area is open, it's a paradise for them.
We would still recommend staying here if you are on a budget

Good value for little money
