Very new resort, but not completely finished yet

The Lanta Lapaya Resort has a great chance to become a 4-Star-Hotel, but now it is not finished yet. There are still some working areas left and the restaurant/kitchen hasn't started, sothat we had to go into a nearby bar to get our breakfast. It was not a problem for us, but it should be mentioned here.
You have to go about ten minutes to the Klong Kong Beach with many sweet bars. Swimming there is not comfortable because of the stones and the cliffs. So we always went to Klong Nin Beach by motorbike some kilometres away. I think, the resort will become better by the time, when everything will be totally finished.

The house is lovely with a big swimming pool. But the facility is not satisfying.

Only be stayed for the one night. Great property. Would have stayed longer if I had not got other accommodation booked

New resort with excellent Service
We stayed 5 days in Lanta Lapaya and can warmly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, new bungalow close to beach with excellent service.

A perfect clean villa with everything you need!
Nice pool. Very nice and clean room. Near to the beach.
