Hotel is new, clean and spacious. Staff is generally friendly and polite except one female front desk staff, who seemed impatient with the guests. Not only that, this particular staff mistakenly assumed that we did not check out and called to check, which cost me almost 30USD for my international roaming call charges.
On the third night of our stay there, the Victory Monument area (or whole Bangkok) had power outage. Our hotel went blackout for three hours too. I'd like to compliment your staff who were on duty at front desk (not the female staff above-mentioned) that night remained calm and brought some water to the guests at lobby.
Overall, a good experience but ruined by one staff.
