Value for money

Friendly, well-trained staff who can speak basic English and Mandarin. Service is great - staff have lots of initiative (from picking up your luggage at the doorstep, to accommodating your requests to the best of their ability). Clean, spacious room. Kudos to the staff who took the extra effort to decorate the room after I notified upon booking that the stay was part of an anniversary celebration! :) there was a blackout on the second night of my stay but it happened at midnight so it was not majorly disruptive. Frontdesk staff was ready to pick up the call and answer queries as well as provide prompt reassurance during the blackout. Located near 7-11 stores, local restaurants and duty free outlet King Power, about 30 mins walking distance to Platinum Mall. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for comfort, value and good service.

Great hotel but quiet far from BTS

Large bed!
