Absolutely fantastic. Expectations were high, and were exceeded on every level.

Facility is terrific. Biggest rooms in Chiang Mai, including only in-room dining in or near the city. A+ service and attention, comparable to the finest hotels worldwide. Beds comfortable, view fantastic, safe, butler service extremely convenient, and the outstanding food was exactly what we were hoping for. Staff coordinated once in a lifetime excursions, unique offerings not available to the tourist centers. I didn't want to leave...can't wait to return.
