We had a two bedroom residence which is excellent and well equipped. The staff were polite but it seems the owners have rules and the staff have no discretion. For instance we asked for two keys but the staff said the rule is only one key and the reception will open the door for us if we don't have the key. We also asked for late check out and agreed to pay 50% but we had another couple with us and they said we had to pay for both rooms as only two people could stay in a room. Eventually we just paid for one room but my wife and I had to go out in the afternoon and return to pick up our friends at checkout time. Also they overcharged us on the bill but after we pointed out their error they amended it. The rooms are very good but the owners need to change their attitude.
