friendly night shift staff and good service

The night shift staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, but I think the housekeeping and the morning shift staff need more training.
We check in late at night on our first day after various activities in the morning and were very tire; however, I was woke up by the mosquitoes several times in the middle of the night. The next morning before we leave for our activities, I told the reception staff to please pay attention to it. But when we came back during the night time, we found out that one of the window was wide opened and there were many mosquitoes and flies in the room. I went downstair to the reception and asked for the mosquitoes equipment. During the night, we killed several mosquitoes and 5 flies.
There were several things about the housekeeping: 1. the mosquitoes which I killed in the previous night was still on the living room table. 2. there were stuff left behind from the previous traveler in the drawer. 3. The toiletries did not replenish. 4. the bathroom near the entrance smelled very bad, I think it was coming from the sink.
On the day we check out, the reception staff said we took 4 laundry bags. We told her we took 2 bags only, we are willing to pay for these 2 bags and there were none laundry bag in another room. The staff called housekeeper to check the room again and insisted that there were 4 bags when we check in. We said no, there were only 2 bags. The reception then asked us what to do and made several phone calls and still insisted that there were 4 bags. This was only a small amount of money, but we did not like the feeling that the reception gave us, it was like we were thieves! The reception kept insisted that the housekeeper said there were 2 bags in each closet and kept asked us what to do.
I knew this is a new hotel and i think they need more training on housekeeping and problem solving.
