Extended stay (twice)

PROS: The Des Res Apartments are exceptional. They are basically brand new, quiet, reasonably spacious, and well equipped. Anything we felt was missing was quickly provided by the staff. This is a serviced apartment so the staff are not always around but the security guard, desk and housekeeping have always gone above and beyond. Lastly, there are a few charming shipping container cafes and restaurants nearby. CONS: The laundry facilities are adequate however I would not call a small room containing an elliptical, treadmill, Dumbbells and a bench a "gym". Lastly, you cannot get anywhere without transportation. It is too far to walk to the BTS and there is little within walking distance. For what is within walking distance, there is little to no pavement to walk upon.

Excellent
We’ve stayed a couple of times and will continue coming back. Beautiful large clean rooms. The customer service and staff are amazing. We always look forward to our stays here!

The staff were beyond helpful and lovely. The rooms were large and very clean. Very good value. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to use this location regularly.

New building, clean and comfortable
Big room, comfort bed, cleanliness was very good, room are so beauty as on a picture. I'll be back again.
