The hotel itself is a fantastic budget hotel located perfectly nearby everything and the most busiest part of Patong yet still maintain a quiet and relaxing ambience. However the reception staff has very little customer service etiquette and is more self centered on her own satisfaction. Her level of rudeness is accepted by her manager so she thinks that it can be applied to everyone including the customers. Yes for the price you pay and location its fantastic but be very vary and don't be suprised when you're suddenly bombarded with unnecessary rudeness right dead on the face. The mentality here is that it is ok to treat the customer such just because the price paid is low.
