Staff Service


The hotel location is good, convenience and easy access to MRT .
However, the staff service is really bad. My 1st experience, upon check up, there are 3 rooms had been changed in order to get me a correct room. 1st room, it is under renovation, 2nd room they gave me a junior suite, which i am so impression but the electricity cut off 15min just right after i enter to room. Then the room card seem valid for 24 hours only, i need to change the room card daily, is it part of the security check?
