Improvement much needed

Rooms plumbing issues plagued stay. - The toilet floor flooded with sewage water. - Glad management made a room change, but sewage smell still permeate the new room.
Slow hotel room service. Need to be attentive to customer's needs. - Asked for an ironing board, had to call-in multiple time. - Waited for more than 40 mins for the iron board.
Weak English comprehension ability of front desk staff.

Good location with a few step to MRT but loud chinese tour
