+ Staffs are nice and friendly, especially a young man who always at the front desk. He is very helpful and do multi-task (as I can see) to fulfil guest's need. Everything in the room is nice and useful, if you have a hairdryer it would be perfect!
- Cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. At first 2 nights at the Garden Cottage room, I faced with terrible smell in the room (kind of musty and foul-smelling) BUT I didn't have that smell when I moved to Partial Seaview room for the next 2 nights (I stayed here 4 nights) So there must be something wrong in that room.
- And one of the coffee cups in the room got some coffee stain (may be from an ex-guest) on the cup!!! That means they didn't wash it thoroughly and this is quite serious because it can caused any infection, so you need to reiterate your staffs how important it is!
- Foods is overpriced for the quality and taste.
- Breakfast is good with choices but not the best (their pancake is really good).
