the worst experience in my life
This hotel is really a disgrace. the only good thing they have is the beach and the sea.
My bad experience starts from the time of check-in where I had booked the sea view room instead I receive the partial view room. I ask the staff if I can change but they tell me that the sea view room was booked for 11 nights, I want to point out that my booking was 7 nights, so they couldn't give it to me. Finally all my time spent in this bad resort, in the sea-facing room three other customers passed, so the hotel staff told me a nice lie.
2) The breakfast practically does not exist, the staff is not able to cook you even a classic Omelet and the pancake has arrived not cooked.
I want to add that the staff is not up to cooking Thai food and is very slow.
3) Bad laundry service. I did the laundry once I got a stained shirt. The manager with the other two incompetents didn't know how to answer.
4) The pool does not exist, there is a pool of dirty water.
