I reached that hotel with my family at 11.50 a.m and immediately enter the room. The hotel front desk lady never says about usual check in at 2.00 p.m. They never charged extra amount for early check in. All the hotel staffs are a kind attitude even some of them could not speak English. The Happy Home Hatyai looks a small home. it is good for family stay. We can go to Central festival shopping mall and night market by walking.
The only problem is no lift to go to 3rd and 4th floor.

Dirty room with mosquitoes
The room was dirty with plenty of mosquitoes all around. Not recommended.

Worth the price!
Staff is friendly, room is big and clean, location is next to central festival shopping mall just only 1min walk! Overall was satisfied, will come back again!

Just okay
Easy to access while downstairs the stay are point of tuktuk.. Bhind the home have central festival.. N. Lots of interesting place to shopping nearest.
