It's okay if you don't bother much about the service

Pros: Room was very good for us Location is close to Patong Beach Area
Cons: No common pool available for such a big property Breakfast is poor The service is the big let down as the staff are bit ignorant.
Me and my wife enjoyed our stay as we did not expect much from the resort. We knew the cons before we arrived and were well prepared. The lack of service did not affect our stay much, as we knew how to enjoy ourselves in Phuket as this was our 5th visit. We just experiment with new properties.
Will not recommend this property to anyone unless the Customer Service improves and all the amenities are available.

Beautiful and in a good location
The only downfall to this hotel was that it is not stated on the booking that £100 = 800 baht was required for a deposit. I do understand a deposit needed but it wasn’t expected on the spot to be take... อ่านต่อ
