It's a hotel but it's more like renting a condominium as the rooms are small condos with a kitchen (but no plate, fork or knife....)
There is a sofa in the room, the bathroom is then kind of small as there is a kitchen which is no really use in the end.
No breakfast there, just a reception who was nice.
No pool, no garden or green space, just a building.
The maid looks lazy, no smile, no hello...
The room was clean so was the bathroom but the kitchen balcony was very dirty...
Don't forget to bring shower cream and shampoo as they only give one small sample of each, kind of stingy for a room that is around 20$/euros in the north east of thailand.
There were dead insects in the fridge which was not plugged in, i left the fridge door open thinking the maid would see she has to clean it but no, she just closed the door and did not clean it inside.
In the end, it's a good place if you want to be like in a small appartment.
It's clean, the wifi did not work.
The parking is difficult, it's under the building and ciment poles around the parking spots so be careful with your car.
