Small beds and extra charges

Pros: new building, clean rooms, freindly staff
Cons: In rooms with two bed the beds are very small even for one person. In a room thar was supposed to accomodate two adults and two kids, our kids had no bed to sleep on. They offered to give us extra blanket and pillows but we had to pay for every item. They even charge for extra towels. 100 baht for one towel, seriously?!
