When can i get back my deposit

I stayed your hotel in may. checked in 3rd may and checked our 5th may. I booked thtough agoda. I gave you THB4000 as adeposit when i checked in, and hotel employee said that "the deposit will be canceled so you dont need to worry about it." But i didn't back yet. I issued by my credit card what is visacard_hyundai card. i'll appreciate if you check my deposit and let me when i can get it back. thanku

Great for a mid sized conference
