Wonderful stay

The Avani+ Riverside is a great hotel. Our room was spacious with a great view down the river. I loved the open and spacious bathroom with plenty of room and storage space. The restaurant is in a lovely setting with a view to the river and the food was very good. The rooftop pool was wonderful but it was busy. Special mention to the pool guy who managed the busy pool and the many guests well. There were no sun lounges when we went to the pool and we were given a seat at the bar lounge area and the pool guy came and got us when there was space by the pool. There is an awesome view from the pool over Bangkok. The staff at the hotel were excellent: friendly, welcoming and genuine in their offers of assistance. The hotel is not in the heart of Bangkok but there is a boat from the hotel to take you the Saphan Taksin area where you can take a BTS. A great hotel and we would return.

You can choose better hotels with this price
Pros: the view is nice, staff is nice, the hotel is quite clean in general and great pool. Cons: it always smells like garbage in the hallway( at least on the 15th floor). The walls in the shower room... อ่านต่อ
