Excellent proximity to airport, great for first or last night on Phuket (or longer). Free bicycles to borrow, great rooftop pool with views of surrounding area - you can even watch planes take off and land with very minimal noise. Very close to national park which includes uncrowded beaches and a few restaurants. Buffet style breakfast was good. Excellent staff who helped us book a last minute tour to Phang Nga Bay that we thoroughly enjoyed (thanks Nexx!). Our only complaint is that the room doors don't completely close on their own. While this isn't normally a problem, the doors alarm an annoying beeping sound over and over if the door isn't closed completely. Other guests seemed unaware that it was their door telling them to shut their door all the way - so they would walk away leaving it to beep endlessly - this sound echoes through the halls. This could be a nice safety feature to remind people to close their doors completely. The doors swing closed on their own but not enough to latch it. So, when these people walk away and leave it to beep, it's loud but also announces to everyone else which rooms are open.
