Good airport hotel

With an early flight and not wanting to do the hour trip from Patong, decided to stay here, a 5 min walk to the terminal. It was a comfortable room, good bed and functional bathroom. Wifi was a little patchy, TV had enough English channels. There is no safe. Rooftop pool is nice looking over the airport to the ocean. There is also a small gym. Made the 5 min walk to the beach, which is in a National Park so cost 100 baht, not so clean but enjoyed watching the planes take off over my head. There is plenty of places to eat nearby and the hotel has room service until 7pm. It also had good coffee. They transfer you to the airport but don't pick you up. Good transit hotel.

Good Airport Location
