Disappointed

The location is perfect, the place is clean and quiet, but the facility is awful, breakfast is bad, eggs looks like a plastic heart shape. You cannot use the dinning area after breakfast time.The MALE STAFF RECEPTIONIST is so rude and unrespectful during checkout in the early morning of the 31st of August. Instead of assisting us in our luggages, he shouts at us that the main door was left open, knowing he cannot speak English. Very bad experience at this place.

Not really value for money!! Cause the hotel serve the MOULDY bread and biscuit to the customer and the bread in packaging also reach the date of expire!! Besides, the toilet is very very very SMELLY!... อ่านต่อ
