rude and impatient guy staff (night shift)

I booked and paid for 2 family room , but when we arrived the staff told us that only have one family room and 2 standard room only , what kind service on this, I paid 2 family room price and get one family room and 2 standard room, I another one the night shift guy very rude and impatient, very bad attitude , I never saw the staff like this rude and impatient to customers totally not recommend on this accommodation .

Hotel is just ok
