Stayed many times here and realized that the service standard is declining. There's no reception at the counter during late check in. Avoid room 411. Its smaller than the usual room and the design of the bathroom is pretty odd. However, morning staff (lady) is friendly and attentive. She arranged the airport transfer and even helped me with my luggage.

Nice and practical choice of place to stay
